Straight answers to the technology questions business owners ask.

This is where we explain the things clients bring us, in plain language, organized by the question rather than the date we wrote it. Read what’s useful, ignore the rest, and when a question turns into wanting help, you’ll know where to go.

Schedule a Strategy Conversation

What this is, and what it isn't

Most company “insights” pages are really a blog, a pile of posts written for search engines and pushed out on a schedule, whether or not anyone needed them. This isn’t that. This is where we explain the things business owners and managing partners ask us, the same way we’d explain them across a table, without the jargon.

It’s organized by the question you have, not by when we happened to write it. And it’s honest: where there’s a clear answer, we give it; where it depends, we say so and tell you what it depends on. The whole point is to help you think clearly about a decision, not to sell you one.

Start with the questions we hear most

A few of these come up in nearly every conversation. Each one answers a real question plainly, in a few minutes of reading.

Or browse by topic

The deeper material is grouped the way the questions tend to cluster. It builds over time.

  • AI Strategy. Our deeper thinking on adopting AI safely. This opens our full AI hub.
  • Cybersecurity, what real protection looks like, explained in plain terms.
  • Compliance, meeting the rules you’re subject to, and being able to prove it.
  • Operations & Efficiency, getting your technology to move the business forward instead of taxing it.
  • Industries, what these issues look like in law, healthcare, finance, and the rest.
  • Strategy, the bigger decisions about technology, risk, and growth.

When a question turns into wanting help

Reading this costs you nothing, and there’s no catch, but if something here lands close to home, the next step is usually one of two. If you want an honest read on where your own firm stands, take the assessment. If you’d rather talk it through with someone who isn’t selling you a product, schedule a strategy conversation. Either way, the thinking here is meant to make that conversation better, not replace it.
